Our team got a call from Mr. Marks about a recurring problem with his garage door opener and he didn’t know what the problem was.
After arriving on-site they saw that the customer had a LiftMaster garage door opener and so they quickly got down to work. Our team had to determine what the problem was. The main issue was with the motor gear, it was severely worn and it was unable to produce the horsepower needed for optimal use. They knew what to do and so they replaced the gear for the garage door opener with a new one and lubricated it. And they did the same thing with the pulley joints to make sure that movement was very smooth but also responsive to different commands.
